STEM Maker Carts

This week we started making our famous STEM Maker Carts! Our STEM Maker Carts are large carts we fill up with various STEM- and school-related activities which we donate to deserving organizations. Some of the places we have given these to are Boys & Girls Clubs, the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences at Greenville, and Third Street Academy. These STEM Maker Carts were a huge hit at these places, and we even had calls coming back asking for refills of items on the cart. This year, we are hoping to build five more of these carts to give out to various Boys & Girls Clubs in counties in need, as well as continue to spread the world of STEM in the process. This week we started cutting and painting wood, and we hope to construct the main pieces soon.
